Station Road take-away Histon Gourmet Kitchen, is to re-open as Spice Junction.
Open since September 2024, Histon Gourmet Kitchen (HGK) which specialised in kebabs, wraps and burgers, has been closed for the last few weeks. HGK took over from previous occupants Pizzatown who spent fourteen years in the village before leaving in July 2024 due to lease renewal challenges.
The new occupants, Spice Junction, will be offering kebabs, pizza and Indian food dishes. The outlet will offer a take-away and delivery service.
Proprietor Ana Miah told HI HUB: “Spice Junction is here to provide a first class service. Our aim is to provide mouth watering food to tantalise your taste buds. As well as pizza, burgers and kebabs we have added some traditional and chef special curries to our menu so you can now add spice to your life and savour the flavours. We know good food puts you in a good mood.”
Spice Junction will open on Monday 16 February and will be open from 5.30pm until 9.30pm seven days a week including Bank holidays.
