Histon High Street salon, Estelle’s Make Up and Beauty, has been awarded the 5* Phorest Client Experience Award for the 4th consecutive year.
The award is generated via the salon’s booking system, Phorest, and is based on the amount of 4* and 5* client reviews recorded each year from March until the following February. Estelle’s proudly boasts 99% 5* reviews.
Clients first
Talking to HI HUB, salon owner Estelle Ashdjian said: “This client experience award means a lot to us because it comes directly from our fabulous clients. The amount of beautifully written reviews we receive on a daily basis honestly makes us so happy and proud that we must be doing something right”.
December 2026 will mark six years since the business opened and these years have seen the team grow to now include six therapists and a newly appointed admin assistant.
Sharing a snippet of future plans, Estelle told HI HUB: “We are currently planning a rebrand to reflect where Estelle’s is six years down the road and, fingers crossed, the final stages of our refurb will be completed in the next few months”.
