Cottenham Road development returns to committee

-

The Parish Council’s next Planning & Development Committee will discuss revised plans for a scheme that involves demolishing a family home to build four homes.

The application – for 122 Cottenham Road – is on the agenda for the Committee’s next meeting on Tuesday (28 April). It was initially presented to the Committee last autumn, and the list of changes include reconfigurations of the proposed properties.

Also being discussed is a change of use application for green space to become partially residential at 4D Moor Drive. The plans include a new access road, a new day room / utility block as well as permission for two static caravans, parking for two touring caravans and parking for four vehicles.

The following proposals will be discussed at the meeting.

  • A single storey extension at 7 Davey Close, Impington (Application reference: 26/01412/HFUL)
  • Demolition of a home for four new homes and associated infrastructure at 122 Cottenham Road, Histon (Application reference: 25/03520/FUL)
