Support Worker – Residential Childcare to work directly with the children to support their physical, emotional and social development whilst always ensuring their safety and wellbeing. You’ll have a pivotal, front-line role working together with a team of Support Workers as well as working collaboratively with the Senior Support Workers and leadership team helping to create a safe, nurturing environment for the children. Your role supports children to build positive relationships, develop independence skills and reach their full education potential. Along with the wider team, you’ll help ensure the home meets all legislation, including Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards, Safeguarding and company policies. You’ll receive induction, mentoring and training to ensure you have the skills to perform your role to a high standard. Shift Pattern: 8am to 10pm (2/3 shifts a week) with occasional sleep ins
