Private Client Paralegal to be a key member of the legal team whose work can range from proactive interaction with clients, document production and legal drafting, administrative and legal secretarial tasks to legal research. Working under close supervision and direction of an experienced lawyer, the successful candidate will support the department and the firm in the following ways: Actively raise the profile of the firm within the chosen marketplace and conduct oneself in business and personal life in a manner which does not adversely affect the reputation of the firm. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of how the business works. Draft correspondence/documents for review by relevant legal professionals. Use IT systems and other resources to effectively improve efficiency, quality and service levels.
