Nights Team Member to manage guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a pleasant stay. Maintain security and safety procedures throughout the night and perform regular security checks to keep our hotel safe. Provide general support to hotel staff during the night shift. Assist with any maintenance or housekeeping tasks that arise. Set up meeting rooms and other areas as needed. Serve food and beverages to guests when required.
