Leisure Assistant (Lifeguard) to provide excellent customer service, responding positively and professionally to customer enquiries Supporting the Duty Manager and Shift Leader with the day-to-day operation of the centre. Lifeguarding swimming pool activities, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pool users in line with RLSS guidance and ELA Active procedures. Preventing accidents and responding effectively to emergency situations in accordance with the centre’s Normal Operating Procedures (NOPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
