IT Technician be the first point of contact for all IWF infrastructure, keeping things running smoothly day to day and providing responsive support to colleagues in the office and those working remotely.
You’ll help uphold IT processes in line with the Cyber Essentials Plus programme, playing an important part in passing the annual accreditation audit, and you’ll keep accurate, up-to-date documentation of all IT and information security systems.
They’d like this role to start as soon as possible, so there’s no set closing date. Screening and interviewing on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
