Cambridge Housing Society (CHS Group), a charitable housing association and social enterprise, are recruiting for this role based at their head office on the Vision Park.

Housing & Communities Connector to join the Community Investment team at CHS, helping residents access the right support, build on their strengths, and sustain their tenancies. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with residents, build relationships with partner services, and test new approaches to wellbeing and tenancy support.
