Food And Beverage Supervisor to help ensure that the restaurant and bar are fully prepared for service and presented to the highest standard at all times. You will act as an ambassador for the hotel, creating a welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable, valued, and well looked after. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the operation and help lead the team during service. You will set clear expectations, lead by example, and step in confidently to support or deputise when required. With a strong focus on exceptional food and beverage experiences, you will help drive revenue through great service, attention to detail, and positive energy on the floor.
