Customer Team Leader to lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. You’ll keep the shelves stocked and support sales, helping to offer even more choice and exciting new services to customers. You’ll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know your customers and helping the co-op stay connected with local and national charities. Plus, you’ll be a champion for Co-op membership, helping to drive the growth of this unique business. Pay: £14.48 per hour. Contract: 22.5 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time. Working pattern: 6am-2pm, including weekends, to be discussed at interview. You must be aged 18+ to authorise age-related sales. Closing date 21-09-2026
