Cambridge Housing Society (CHS Group), a charitable housing association and social enterprise, are recruiting for this role partly based at their head office on the Vision Park.
Compliance Manager to be responsible for overseeing the full range of asset compliance including fire safety, gas, electric and legionella testing as well as be involved in embedding best practice and risk management. This role also combines compliance with managing CHS’ technical contracts; therefore, you will also lead a team in overseeing responsive repairs and a planned programmes, whilst ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers at all times. Minimum of 1 day per week at Head Office, plus site visits at other CHS sites around Cambridgeshire. Closing date: Midnight Thursday 24th September 2026
