Bank Stores Assistant to be responsible for coordinating and controlling the supply of stock and non-stock items throughout the hospital, ensuring departments receive everything they need accurately and on time. Ensure stock levels are maintained and regularly reviewed to support operational requirements. Order stock and non-stock items through approved suppliers and the National Distribution Centre (NDC). Receive and process deliveries accurately using SAP and associated documentation. Maintain clear audit trails and resolve any discrepancies relating to deliveries and purchase orders.
