Activities Coordinator – Bramley Court

Bramley Court Care Home are looking for this role.

Activities Coordinator to help plan and organise a whole variety of activities for residents to create a fun and interesting environment for them.  You will also offer comfort and company on a one-to-one basis for any residents unable to undertake the activities. Organise and accompany residents, where possible, to off-site activities, which may occasionally take place out of normal working hours. You must be alert at all times to residents’ physical and mental well being. 40 hours per week, Days, Weekday and alternate weekend shifts. Apply by 15/04/2026
